Alpha Wolf Design sells a fixed-spec website package. Six pages. 72 hours. $4,997. If you buy it, these terms control the engagement.
Package.
The standard engagement is one six-page website package covering Home, About, Process, Contact, Privacy, and Terms. The package is fixed spec unless Alpha Wolf Design agrees in writing to something different.
Timeline.
The 72-hour clock starts when payment lands and the required materials are in hand. The Hour 54 revision window is part of the package. If revisions do not arrive within that six-hour window, the clock pauses and resumes when revisions are received.
What you must send.
You are responsible for sending a reference URL, three paragraphs describing your business and positioning, and accurate contact information. If required materials are missing, unclear, or late, delivery timing moves with them.
Revisions.
One revision round is included during the Hour 54 review window. Revision requests must be specific. New scope, delayed decisions, or material direction changes fall outside the fixed package.
Payment.
The package price is $4,997, split as $2,497 upfront and $2,500 at delivery. Payments are non-refundable once work starts, except where non-waivable law requires otherwise.
Third-party costs.
Domain registration, email platforms, premium software, paid media, and third-party subscriptions are not included unless Alpha Wolf Design says so in writing.
Intellectual property.
You keep ownership of the materials you provide. Alpha Wolf Design keeps ownership of its pre-existing methods, systems, and know-how. Final site deliverables transfer for your business use after final payment clears, excluding third-party tools and third-party licenses.
Content responsibility.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of the materials you provide. Alpha Wolf Design may refuse or remove material that appears unlawful, misleading, infringing, or operationally unsafe.
Service limits.
Alpha Wolf Design is not responsible for delays or failures caused by missing client input, third-party outages, force majeure events, payment failures, or platform restrictions outside its control.
Liability.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Alpha Wolf Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid Alpha Wolf Design for the package that gave rise to the claim.
Updates.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version posted on this page controls new engagements from its effective date forward.
